Why is Neotel so useless??????

I recently upgraded my data and voice package to Wimax at home and I was assured I would not loose my telephone number which was ported from Telkom 5 years ago. Well I did. I have complained, logged faults, emailed and nothing has been done. Can someone at Neotel get off their ass and fix my problem or just damnwell phone me to sort this out. You are supposed to provide service but your service sucks.
