Why are you listed as a company that responds?
I will not resubmit the numerous queries I have already sent over the past few months.<br> If you cared, you could look them up.<br> Why are you listed as a company that responds? You don't respond. You submit a generic auto response that is the same for every query, but a quick search of HP shows I'm not the only one never getting an actual response and my query remains unresolved MONTHS later. <br> I so regret doing business with you.
