Where do I begin?

The service on the Neogo is so slow I can barely surf the internet. <br> There's no way to check my balances, one month I received notifications but they were extremely delayed (I had already run out of data by the time they sent the sms's<br> I must call to check my balance, they won't call back, put you one hold then ask security questions, all of which takes 5 minutes (of my airtime!!!) <br> Customer service is hopeless<br> The price is good but the promise of high speeds is an outright lie! <br> What's the point?
