What does it take to get somewhere???

This is now the 3rd time I have been forced to post something on this site in order to get something out of Neotel. Absolutely the worst service I think anyone will ever experience. <br> <br> My name was listed on ITC after I cancelled my contract with them and paid what was said to me. More than a year afterwards they handed me over for apparently still having an outstanding amount. Not once was there an attempt to contact me. I have requested proof of them trying to contact me, i.e letters, phone calls, emails etc. <br> <br> I think it is safe to say Neotel knows they made no attempt to follow procedures and now of course cannot provide the proof. I demand these documents within 14 days otherwise I will take the matter further. It's best to fix your mistakes unless you want even more of the public of the public to find out how *********** you really are.<br> <br> Absolutely pathetic!
