Wasted Money

I bought myself the Neotel ****le for my laptop, was working fine for browsing the net. BUT when it comes to downloading haha, well lets just say that 0.11mbs is not a speed for downloading, and i dont have 12hours to wait for a 3gb download. i then bought the Netgear wifi router (MBRN 3000) again terrible, so slow that not even able to update my app on my phone which is 18mb... i call the call center and get told a bunch of ****. i go to the walk in center and again i get told a bunch of ****. i have now wasted R1200 on the ****le and the wifi Router and i have 7-8gbs of data and i cannot use it. this network is terrible. compared to my VODACOM ****le i get faster download speed, EG: 3gb file downloaded on VODACOM takes 1.5hours. Try to download a 3gb file on NEOTEL and it takes 12hours. haha that pathetic. Neotel is *****ing money, because i cannot refund my devices, and i cannot get promised faster internet. because Neotel doesnt have fast internet... FALSE ADVERTISING IS NOT A GOOD THING.
