Was told theres nothing they can do

<p>So since i have this neo broadband ive been having speed issues and been told to do screen grabs of speed tests, i have a 4mb line but never get faster then 4mb, followed the procedure and got a call today from a guy called Andries (i think) who couldnt really speak over the phone properly told me theres interference somewhere and that theres nothing they can do and my speeds are actually good(avg. 1.25mb download) what kind of service is that? if you dont want my business thats fine but dont give me bad services and tell me to pay cancellation fees when im tired of it. I want it either sorted or cut but without these silly cancelation fees because clearly im not getting what im suppose to be.</p>
