very very bad service

i called neotel more done 6 times spoke to Rechard Molefe he could help me he kept on asking my tel number more done 10 time. i request to speak to someone else he couldnt tranfere the call and call back and spoke to Rajesh he kept in droping my calls while holding to speak to the the supervisor, he told me i cant speak to the supervisor. this is not the first time i get bad service from the call center. iam a client. i had to drop the call because i was not helped.
