Very Poor Service

<p>Good day. We have had internet problems with our service provider Neotel. We called them back and they said everything is fine on their side. Now, this problem has occured more than 3 times a month. We are a cloud based company and cant afford these outages. Today, while asking for someone to be send out to us, the consultant keep on talking about the internet as if she is afraid to refer the matter to management. I asked if they could send out the sales people who first came here, but to no avail.</p>
