Very Poor Service
<p>We requested an uncapped wifi at the end of January 2017. We were promised that it will be installed within a week. Today it is the 7th of March, still no wifi installed. Even yesterday we were promised that we will be contacted by the close of business to set up a date for installation. I have tried to call, send e-mails to no avail. Can we please get out wifi or please release us from the contract.</p>
Finally some action. I got a call from someone promising that they will install tomorrow. Lets's hope that this time they will really do so. It's a pity I first had to throw my toys out the cot first before any action was taken
