Very disappointed in service

I had ****py service to start with from your sales team who put in incorrect banking details, they did not even reply to emails and then when i got the device, internet is very slow. Logged a call to have it looked at and no one assisted after being asked to be called after working hours as modem is at home. Cancelled my contract and like sharks took more money than was owed to them after it was agreed they will not do that when modem was returned. 11 days later now on SREQ_ ********** 28 and issue is still not resolved or money not even paid back. Really think Neotel or Liquid Telecom should rather close their doors.
