Even when your contract is up Neotel make it difficult to cancel the contract! They then want to go on a month to month basis unless you do a lot of work to avoid this<br> If you get through to a customer service rep a simple call is not enough. They tell you to send an email to [Email Removed]<br> why you cant do it over the phone is beyond me, especially when your contract period is OVER!<br> The email won't go through to the email address given.<br> Dealing with Neotel means red tape and unnecessary waste of time
