USELESS SERVICE - Non Existent!!!!!

Neotel Sales sold me an upgrade LTE product - guaranteed 5mbps on installation and if they did not get that there was no install. I signed up telephonically, the lady told me that I would receive daily emails with my data usage which never happened she also failed to mention that all the data is uncapped and not capped as soon as the 20GB were up. They came and installed the product - the guys checked the range in my garage and then said they needed to talk to their manager which they did and said their manager did not require additional hardware to get the LTE up to where it was promised. They spent over 2.5 hours here all over my house putting this thing up and connecting. Well they then said all was fine and done. I worked with the product taking it from Post to Post room to room to get some form of signal which was worse that the product I had before. This caused havoc on my business because every time the line dropped I lost data or had to start all over again (usage like e-filing). The story goes (no more space in characters) on now pending 8 months, I'm on ITC - Neotel are still to send me proof of anything, cannot talk to a manager and nobody can assist!! DISGUSTING
