Useless service and customer experience

Our building only supports neotel as a Fibre connection (maybe they got a contract with the landlords or something) We had app**** and filled out forms to get their service connected and 3 months ago the guy came out to survey the area to see how long it would take. He told me that he would be done with the plan that evening. After numerous calls and emails not a single person can tell me what is going on. Absolutely appalling how they treat small businesses. Wonder if they treat everyone the same way.
