Useless Neotel

<p>A Neotel account was **********ly opened in my name by an ex. I have been trying since the 16th Of february to cancel this account, which I did in writing on email and the oustanding amount was paid. I had no idea about this account because it was not linked to my bank account, it was only when the Ex defaulted on payments I started to get harrassed by Nu Debt. I thought your name had to coincide with the bank account details? To date I am still waiting for Neotel to contact me, they have not cancelled the account and today I received an invoice. This has got to be one of the most useless companies I have ever had to deal with. </p>
