Useless, lazy and croocked.

Never will I do business or refer anyone to do any business with Neotel, EVER. I have a previous complaint about them also - one which not really resolved. My previous complaint ended to the fact that Neotel ended my contract because they can no longer supply me with service. I have proof of the removal of equipment from my premises. I was advised that I will be contacted from the Retention Department to cancel the contract. NEVER did I receive any further communication from them, but true as it can be, they still take a debit order to the full amount. Had it reversed by my bank and now I get messages that I have been handed over for debt collection!! After YOU did not do YOUR job!! No phone call, no e-mail - NADA!! What are you going to do about this Neotel? Blatant thievery followed by bullying tactics. Now this has also most probably effected my ITC Credit score? I am beyond upset!
