USELESS INTERNET. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Internet goes down frequently. Nobody ever knows what is happening. I just have to wait for service to return because trying to report a problem is like getting a *** to fly. Their call centre operators put you on hold for ages and then you get cut off. Absolutely the most pathetic excuse for a telecoms company I have ever come accross. Very unhappy.
