Useless front line staff

<p> </p> <p>I have paid for a product which i have never recieved in 5 months and no one seemed to worry despite me reporting the personnel with ultimate authorities.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer care is all-round pathetic!!! Their problem solving mechanism is meaningless and senseless.</p>
