Unhelpful

I cancelled my debit order in Mach 2014. Every month i transferred payment by EFT. Without any authorisation and the account been up to date they deducted the monthly amount every month.<br> One would think that the account would go into credit . It doesn't.<br> <br> Getting some one to help is virtually impossible***
