unanswered queries
<p>I have a cordless phone that does not use data but now I use data.(example session started 13;22;11 session ended 13;22;11 gigs used 3.82) how is this all possible and when you put in a query they ask you to send them your reports they have sent you regarding usage. Other agents say they will get back to you cause they dont have all the info in fron of them and never do. They restrict (cut off the phon but still charge data.</p>
