Unacceptable LTE Speeds

<p>I was promised a 4mbps uncapped unshaped wireless solution. All I ever get are ridiculous dial up speeds. Neotel tells me to send screenshots at different times. All screenshots are below 0.7mbps. I sent the screenshots and have followed up emails twice and have not received a response. pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am suppose to have a 4mbps uncapped unshaped line but my speeds sit below a 1mbps line.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't understand why I am paying so much for something where I cannot even stream Youtube at 240p without buffering.</p> <p> </p> <p>It really is the most frustrating thing in my life at this moment. In all my months, I am yet to see any speed even close to it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise urgently or I will be forced to challenge the cancellation of my contract on non fulfillment grounds on Neotels part and look at other providers. who know how to do their job correctly.</p>
