Unable to precess a simple request correctly

Have repeatedly requested that an old number *** be terminated as I have upgraded to a new .See reference SREQ*** and FCR***.<br> Fist NEOTEL do nothing, then terminate wrong one, then reconnect both. I wonder what NEOTEL will do next. Disconnect both?
