Unable to keep to a promises

Neotel says they called me numerous times however not once did they leave a message for me to call me back! They promise to come out to sort my WiFi however they don't keep to their promises. I have been without WiFi for the last 30 odd days and I battle to get a firm answer from Neotel. I am fed up with their lack of accountability and inability to provide me with feedback. I have been inconvenienced with my time and costs. I am upset that I need to constantly follow up with them.
