Throttling of line speed BEFORE Data threshold reached

<p>NeoHell</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it that every evening from 6pm onwards to around 11pm is my 4mb line speed being halved?????</p> <p>I have been conducting speed tests over the last week and during the day before 6pm i can achive full speeds, but as soon as it get past 6pm my line speed in suddenly cut in HALF!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not even come close to my 400GB cap from when my line is supposed to be halved.</p> <p>This is a BREACH of contract. Legal action will follow if this is not addressed ASAP!</p> <p> </p> <p>Either give me the proper speeds I am PAYING YOU for or I will cancell my debit order until this is resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>DO I need to report you to ICASSA and the Ombudsman!???</p> <p> </p> <p>Do I need to make a trip to your headoffice and protest outside your offices?????</p> <p> </p> <p>I am STILL WAITING For someone to get back to me regading my other issue:</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref SREQ_ ********** 92</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
