They sold me 4 meg and gave me 1 meg

I have had a contract for one month. For the first week service was brilliant. For the last six weeks I have had BAAAAADDDDD service on the line and from Customer Service. This company is ********** and non-responsive after installation. I have been to Menlyn and Midrand. Cant even get IP Phones from them. What a useless company. Cant even cancel the service. Nobody on their helpline knows how? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEOTEL!!!!!! They are ********** in that what they offer you is nothing close to the sub standard badwidth and connectivity you end up getting. No wonder Vodacom cancelled the M&A with Neotel. They are worse than Telkom. The Customer Service rep lies to your face and does nothing to help.
