I hereby would like to compliment Thato Maitshotlo for the best, greatest outstanding client service.<br> <br> She is worth a million dollars to Neotel.<br> <br> She assisted me with changing the contract name and while struggling to get the lines switched and trying to get the new phone working, she kept me up to date on a regularly basis.<br> <br> What was even more outstanding and listen good as one do not get these kind of service any more. She made contact with me one morning before working hours and one night after working hours she tried to assist me to get my phone working. What can I say. I can only say WOW WOW WOW. What a great lady for being so proud of who she is and what she does and being proud of her Company and keeping the Company name up high.<br> <br> I really hope that she gets appreciated and paid well as she definitely deserve it and is worth a lot to Neotel.<br> <br> If I could employ her myself I would definitely do so. I won't even hesitate.Just because she is trustworthy and she will look after my clients. She proofed herself and deserve a promotion !!!!!
