Terrible service
<p>I am n very unhappy customer. Neotel service is the worst and I will be canceling. I have been truggling for 2 months to get my internet sorted out and still nothings gets better. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FROM EVER USING NEOTEL EVER!!!!!! EVEN WORSE THAN TELKOM!!!</p>
After I was on the phone for 20min with Neotel they can not assist me because I do not have a LAN cable to connect to the Router. a month ago they came to change my antenna so they should have sorted it out. now you want to charge me a call out fee to fix your mistakes!!! my number is ********** 707 I realy want to cancel my account after 2 years of great service and and internet the last 6 to 8 months is horrible
