Terrible service

I’ve been with Neotel for 2 years now and it has been absolutely agonizing.

I pay for their over priced service but get no service in return. My network is constantly down and when it is up, I don’t even get half the speed I’m paying for.

It takes weeks for a technician to contact me once I’ve submitted a technical support ticket and when they eventually do call me the problem is never resolved.

I would never recommend Neotel to anyone and in fact I urge people to avoid their services.

Worst internet supplier ever !!!
