Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have phoned numerous times trying to get them to give me the speed they promised me on the phone before the installation. Now I'm told that I have to pay them for cancellation on something that never worked as promised, they tested before installing the system and said my sim needs to update before it will work and now I'm lucky if I get 20% of the speed I'm paying for. </p>
