Terrible service

<p>My mom got a sms stating that my Neotel account of R10.09 has been handed over to NuDebt . 1st of all I dont understand why they sending sms's to my mom and not myself because when I apply I used my number dont know where they got my mom number from . I tried several times to contact Neotel but it will have to rain money for you to get through to someone or for them to call you back. Next thing I know I get a call from NuDebt telling me that I now owe R350 and they going to blacklist me , I always have money in my account , I need Neotel to explain to me what is this about , i'm enought with ther poor service even their network is terrible.</p>
