Terrible Network and Service

<p>Hello,</p> <p>I am highly disappointed in your service delivery, as your organization have no respect for its customers.</p> <p>Having waited for several weeks, I STILL CANNOT CONNECT TO INTERNET AND MY CALLS DROPS INTERMITTENTLY WHEN IS SOMEONE COMING TO FIX THIS?</p> <p>After several attempts by Jonathan to call the landline in my organization and the internet connection rectified without any success he advised me to take my device to the nearest service center to get my device checked.</p> <p>I would say this is UNACCPTABLE by me, I want one of your technicians to come over to my organization and get my devices checked within 48 hours or else am left with no choice but to cancel my contract with you.</p> <p>Thanks.</p>
