Terrible customer care & ****************

<p>I converted my neotel prepaid line into a open contract line. I subscribed to the package where you get 300 free any time minutes.Everything was working well until i made a few calls during the first month and the line was blocked, i could not make anymore calls. i called the customer care they told me my minutes finished early because of pro-rata since the contract started towards monthend i did not get all 300 mins. i let it slide. waited for 1 week waiting for the new month so that i can start making calls again.</p> <p>on the 1st of June the line was reopened and was working.i made few calls that day and the following day 2nd of June the line was closed again, they said i had depleted my free minutes and reached my limit which baffled me because 300minutes is like 5 hours talk time and i had only made a few calls. i asked them to send me a statement and they forwarded a statement showing only 5 outgoing calls and each call was less than 2 minutes each. i phoned them back to explain, no one seemed to have an explanation. all they do is take my number and promise to call me back which they never do, and im paying R300.00 every month so that i can make 10 minutes worth of calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>these are just some of the refernce numbers i got from the calls i made to their customer care line and im still waiting for them to call me back. in the meantime i have to buy more airtime to enable to make calls which is costing me more money because of their incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Neotel ***</p> <p>Neotel ***</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling them everyday they cant help, they are very useless and *****ing from unaware consumers.</p>
