Terrible Call Quality & Lack of Customer Care

Octavia was incredible un helpful in assisting me with an issue I am experiencing with my Neotel phone. I purchased a new desktop phone unit from Neotel in Fourways in October last year (less than 6 months ago) as the previous cordless phone I was using was battling with calls and did not have a great signal strength. The new devicve I purchased - Huawei FP2255 has great signal strength and sits between 4-5 bars on the signal strength indicator. I am however experiencing dropped calls and people are unable to reach me - they get a message saying that the number is unavailable. Octavia just dismissed my request by telling me to take my unit in for testing and that it is out of warranty. This is incorrect as the phone is less than 6 months old - this is an example of the lack in concern from a customer care agent as she doesn't even have the facts correct and is more interested in passing the buck and not resolving my issue. No Service!! <br> <br> What is also an issue with Neotel is that their customer care line is not a toll free number. I had to sit waiting for over 15 minutes to be assisted by a customer care agent. Neotel you need to jack yourselves up!!
