<p>Termination of contract</p> <p>On the 5th of May I spoke to a Customer Service consultant about when I can cancel my contract. She clearly stated that I can cancel my contract now because I got a contract with Neotel from March 2015. Now when your Retention consultant spoke to me, she said I must pay a R1000. I won't pay anything. (SRQ ********** 62) ref nr for retention consultant. Your customer service consultanted said she can't give me a reference number because she hasnt done anything to my account. This is very poor service.</p>
