Termination fee not waivered after numerous phone calls etc.

After numerous email, phone calls etc I reveived again a bill which included the termination fee. The email above sent from Caroline Manyange and below email feom sisi mabena states that the termination fee should be waivered. The last deduction of the credit request was paid up and itbwas supposed to be the last deduction.

Good morning I have terminated the service with immediate effect. I have sent a request to our Executive Escalations team to log a credit request for this month’s bill and for the termination fee to be waivered off.

I phoned last week and was told that a final credit amount will be duducted and then the account will be closed.

When I phoned today to query this they said no information about waivered amount could be found. This is rediculous. I have all the emails that state that because off feasibility neotel will waiver the termination fee. I am so fed up with Neotel and if they deduct another sent from my account I will be forced to reverse such deduction and consult a lawyer to assist in this regard. Could someone please assist and help sort out this mess.
