Suspension of Service due to perceived arrears
Inability of Neotel to correct problem. Fees charged to test data units because of slow download speeds while assured by Sales personnel : Gift that no charges will be incurred by client.<br> Payments made not credited to account holder.<br> Four devices charged for months, 2 phones and 2 data devices concurrently.<br> Hours spent on the consumers phone to try and fix without any feedback from Neotel.<br> Multiple emails sent without any feedback.<br> No access to supervisors that can make decisions.<br>
