Suspended account debit order with credit effect

Dear Hellopeter Team,<br> I was having a connection with Neotel (account number R***) and this connection was terminated by neotel after I was taken help from HELLO PETER team due to im-proper service. NEOTEL was informed that the account will be finalized by accounts department from them, but till now no one called me from NEOTEL to discuss about the financial part. I did go to NEOTEL Midrand branch and requested that why still now debit order is processing from my bank account after the account was terminated with the reference number SREQ_***:1 responsible person was Ms.Zihle Nkosi.<br> Now I am confirmed that NEOTEL payment is effected to my credit record.
