Second time in a year that Neotel internet is down. My internet in Japan has not been down once in 8 years, never mind down twice in the same year. Neotel really needs to pick up its game, their service is nothing near world class, but actually reeks of ineptness.<br> <br> MY PREVIOUS complaint about this **** company. Never ever use Neotel.
