Struggling to get hold of retention department.

<p>I have sent multiple emails to the retension department and they still have not contacted me in almost 2 weeks.</p> <p>I need to cancel the internet because Neotel is not able to fix my internet + I am also moving away.</p> <p>Since I've been at Neotel the service has gone from Bad to worse, I would never recomend Neotel to anybody.</p>
