Still no resolution

<p>I logged a complaint here a good few weeks ago about my internet speeds. Someone contacted me and asked to send Speedtest results to them. This was a week ago and no response yet. I'm still sitting with horrid internet speeds and they couldn't be bothered. If they don't get someone onsite to check by end of the week I'm stopping my debit order. </p>
