*****ing our hard earned money

I would advise everone who is thinking of taking out a contract with Neotel, to not do so. We are trying to resolve a billing issue now for more than a year with no luck. They are unproffesional and hangs up the phone for no reason what so ever. They can not give messages to the right person of interest to contact you back. They are *****ing money from their clients and refuses to resolve the issue. They are a bunch of *****s!
