spite full and shocking service from Neotel

<p>Neotel do not have coverage in the area I am moving to. I have been trying to get this resolved from the beginning of the month with no luck. Finally today VINOLIA EDUWA calls from their retention department. I am told today for the first time that I have to give seven days notice to get their device removed and that I will be charged r1000. This after me asking this in every call (at least ten calls) I have made to the retention department. We are moving tomorrow. Something which I also told the sales department several times! When I told her it's a stupid system she terminated the call and cancelled our Internet with immediate effect. Even thought we are PAYING for it!!!!</p>
