Speed is not even close to what it should be

I get download speeds of 25-55kbs but line speed test done at [URL Removed] ranges from 0.30mbps - 0.75mbps so somewhere there is a mess up.<br> I can't be getting those speeds if it takes a wonderful 32 seconds to load your site. Surprisingly if I use the speedtest ON Neotels site i get 22 - 55kbs.<br> <br> So where do I start? Your technicians keep telling me that my speeds are fine but actual action shows different and the technicians have no care to want to fix it all they do is pass the buck
