So unprofessional

<p>I put a complaint against neotel and they so unprofessional that they send me a private message back to ask me to send them my account number but since they day they've been charging me for a line that I don't have they never sent me a invoice number or a invoice they just sending me one sumons after another for no reason and they not even sending me any details to get hold of them n.all their consultants thats callings me only want money but I never used there service even 1 minute they just ******ing me for nothing </p> <p> </p>
