<p>So ... Erick Simango (email address ********** is the manager of the Neotel Retentions Department ... or so I am told by customer service. This man refused to speak to me, I have to send him a email. ANOTHER EMAIL THAT DOES NOT GET ANSWERED! Like the one I sent to ********** on 25 October they still have not answered or cancelled my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEOTEL!!!! It will cost you double on the long term.</p>
