Since Voda is taking over..Avoid Neotel

<p>Right so *** is this latest BULLSH@T? You charged me R1000 to replace a router which turned out to be FAULTY from day ONE and now charge a further R800 to come replace the FAULTY router? This is unacceptable and I will be terminating my Neotel service shortly. as the service has gone for a ball of SH@T since May this year. I have been without service for over 5 weeks in this period and now you have the gall to charge me a further R800? See me in court. I shall be claiming my overpaid monies back on a matter of principle.<br />P F Mills </p>
