SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A PABX SYSTEM, GOT ADSL

In January 2014, I had a discussion with Mr. Johan Pienaar who is a contractor for Neotel. We discussed a new PABX system for my companies as we were experiencing problems with Telkoms lines being down or cables being ******. Mr. Pienaar assured me that a system with Neotel would be a lot cheaper than my Telkom phone system. He gave me a heap of documents to sign after showing me the handsets etc and an agreement was reached, His technicians installed an ADSL box instead of a PABX system. Every month for 22 months now, I get billed R1881.00 for a product I do not use. Mr Pienaar has no recollection of ever showing me phones and samples of switchboards etc and denies any responsibility saying we asked him for internet. I think we all know here what we asked for. Not even top Management have been able to resolve this matter yet. Stupidity..Par excellence!!!!<br>
