Shocking speed and slow response.

Tried to sign up for a new service. First mistake. Took letter of complaint to get a response several days later. Second mistake was accepting apology and proceeding with the order. Eventually received the device 8 days after my initial application, yesterday. After activating it, it didn't transmit a wifi signal. Only 6 hours later it started working. Now the biggest issue with their product, SPEED or should rather be called NO SPEED: Speedtest results: Ping - 120ms, download speed 0.06 mbps, upload speed 0.12 mbps. REALLY!! Neotel should be embarrassed offering a product with these speeds. Feels like dial up all over again. I have requested for the application to be cancelled but of course have not received any response. They will probably wait for 7 days to pass, so that I have no recourse. (CPA)
