Shocking service and promises not kept from Neotel Fourways!!!!

<p>I went to Neotel Fourways on Monday with my Wifi device that isn't working for the second time round. The lady phoned their Midrand Branch and they confirmed that they have stock and that it would be delivered to their store the next day and that they would give me a call to come and collect it. Needless to say i had to phone and follow up and was told that they haven't delivered it yet. The following day i had to phone again to find out if they have delivered yet but was told no but as soon as they do they will give me a call. Phoned again on Thursday to find out what is happening and was told that she is speaking to her Manager and will phone me back in 5 minutes..... never happened!!!!! Today is Friday and i had to phone again just to find out that she is on leave now and will only be back next week and now all of a sudden the Midrand Branch doesn't have stock and will only get on Monday. What shocking service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
