SHOCKING SERVICE

hi Peter,<br> Although there was a response from Neotel regarding my credit. I have had no response from them other than a message from Lutando asking me to call him on ***.<br> I have done so continuously , the phone simply rings and rings but nobody ever answers it.<br> I have also called the call centre again, also more than once.<br> I ask to speak with Lutando as he his apparently the one person that will be able to resolve my query. <br> The call centre assistant confirms that he is in the office, but he will not be able to take my call.<br> I will be calling today to cancel my contract with them.
