SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
We have been having endless problems with our internet connection for days now. We have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of someone at the call centre but can never get through to anyone!!! We sent through a complaint on the Neotel website and am still waiting for someone to get back to us. We have had nothing but bad service from Neotel from day one!!!
